Has coconut oil become a part of your daily regime? 

There are so many different uses for this versatile healthy fat, yet most people haven't added it as a staple in their diet. Coconut oil is great for your thyroid, brain, immune system, skin, detoxification and literally supports and protects every organ in your body. 

Making healthy stir fry's and blending it in coffee are 2 of my favorite ways to get my coconut fix.
