It comes down to high inflammation levels that account for majority of diseases in Americans- and that has no specific visual body image. Weight is just 1 marker, which is why we should stop fixating on the number as if it's going to save our lives.
If the focus is more on the other things that show an overall good state of health, more will be accomplished. Plus you will probably feel less frustrated in the process...
