I have always been extremely passionate about food, nutrition and overall wellness. I grew up in a very active and healthy family, but still suffered a childhood filled with yo-yo dieting, chronic allergies, digestive, and autoimmune issues (including PCOS). I've spent countless hours in doctor's offices, placing my faith in the traditional medicine system, where answers were guaranteed to fall short or somehow cause disappointment.
In 2012, I became an Integrative Nutritionist, Coach and Lifestyle Educator, and through my continued education and experience, I have been able to find the root cause of my issues and heal myself completely. I have never been in a healthier state of body and mind. As a result, it is my life long passion to teach others on how to get in the best shape, both physically and mentally. I have helped countless individuals lose weight, heal naturally, break out of their shells and start not only living, but thriving. I believe with the proper plan, coach and support system- anything is possible! I never watched what I ate and I managed to maintain a decent figure despite my horrible food choices. She reminded me that I have quadrupled my daily water intake and that I eat more veggies in a day than I used to in a month. Her reminding me of these small victories motivated me to keep going. And week after week, I make more progress. She has changed my life. She holds me accountable, without making me feel guilty. She responds quickly to any phone call or text.
